This weeks weight marks a .4 pound gain. I'm not stressing because during the last 2 week challenge I didn't lose a pound. I saw results with inches. I'm going to wait this out and see the inches next week at the end of the challenge.

I have a few things to work on for the following week. Reality is I forget to drink water. I have the best intentions bringing 3-4 filled bottles to work, but when I get home I've only drank one. Perfect as this weeks sponsor is Brita and I've taken a challenge to drink 8-10 classes of water today.
Next, I need to remember to wear my pedometer EVERYDAY! I've managed to wear it only twice this past week. As I'm in the car for most of the day it helps me greatly. I'm aware of how much I'm sitting throughout the day, and how much I need to move when I get home. Today I'm wearing my tennis shoes and I'm going to try and work in a walk at lunch. Most days I'm eating it in the car, but my goal is to make a conscious effort to walk once a day at work.
My big victory for the week is doing a perfect "girly" pushup. I'm working towards a full on pushup. This week's was so much better than the first week of challenges. My form is so gorgeous and I'm actually reaching the floor now in one fluid motion.
This post is sponsored by Brita and I took the Brita Challenge http://bit.ly/oRnbqd to be entered into a giveaway hosted by Mamavation – a community dedicated to obesity prevention & weight loss for women .

A .4 gain is not bad. It could be anything. Like you, I didn't lose a pound in the last challenge but I lost many inches! That is the way to look at it. :) Have a good week!!
ReplyDeleteI'm awful about water as well. We'll figure it out sometime. :) You have some AWESOME goals for the week and I can't wait for next week's post.
